Product ReDesign
This is where we’ll look at individual products or product lines. Understand the current state of the product. Then we ideate circular design opportunities for each product/line based on the above factors. Looking @ Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Environmental or Health Product Declarations (EPD / HPD), Design for Disassembly (DfD), and selecting possible alternatives we will then introduce cost analysis to assess which opportunities are viable, profitable and most effective.
Systems ReDesign
We’ll re-evaluate the ownership timeline of your products by starting with ownership, we can begin to reframe the thinking on use case, repairability, end of life, and repurposing materials and components. We will focus on the “how” of the process, where to intervene and look to best practices of other leading brands to implement strategies that are appropriate and scalable.
Thinking ReDesign
Taking the final step is to look beyond your organization and acknowledge we can’t achieve proper sustainability in a silo. We need partnerships and symbiotic relationships to support this work. Seeking out opportunities to build relationships that benefit from the impacts and outputs of the manufacturing of our own products.
